With a new house it's normal to have regular maintenance. We are there for you before, during and after the construction of your home. On the other hand, there are things that you have to maintain even if the house is new. Keep in mind that new homes require even more maintenance initially as the materials will adapt to different climates.

Over time you will need to clean it, or remove it and redo it. Caulking is available at any renovation centre.

SMALL CRACKS OR NAIL POPS
Avec nos 4 saisons vous allez surement voir des petites fissures ou même des vis qui vont paraitre. Ce si est complement normal. Il faut prendre en consideration que la maison est construite avec du bois et avec nos changement dramatique du froid au chaud, le bois contract et élargie. La maison vas bouger, surtout dans les premiers mois et année

Si vous avez une thermopompe assurez vous de changer les filtres a chaque changement de saison.

FAUCETS
Many towns have hard water. With hard water, limescale builds up wherever you have running water. It is important to be proactive and clean your faucets, shower heads and so on with a limescale remover (such as CLR).

With our four seasons, you will likely see small cracks or even a few nail or screw pops appear. This is completely normal. Your home is built with wood, and with our dramatic swings from cold to hot, the wood contracts and expands. The house will move, especially in the first months and years.

If you have a heat pump, make sure to change the filters at every change of season.
